Candidates for Arizona’s vacated congressional seat will face off this week in debates that will livestream at The Center Square.
The three candidates in the Republican primary for the seat of U.S. Rep. Raúl Grijalva, D-Arizona, who died in March, will debate from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday.
The five candidates for the Democratic primary for Grijalva’s seat will debate issues from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. The live stream will be available here.
The Republican candidates are Daniel Butierez, a small business owner who lost to Grijalva in November; Jorge Rivas, a Tucson restaurant owner; and Jimmy Rodriguez, a general contractor.
