Why is it that when a Democrat loses an election, there must be something wrong and he or she calls for a recount? Why do they call it a racist election or sexist election, and why do people start protesting? It happens every election year. Case in point: the recent Georgia, Florida and Arizona elections.
Gov. Scott Walker lost his re-election in Wisconsin but you didn’t hear him cry foul. He is getting on with his life. When Martha McSally lost her Senate election in Arizona, she accepted defeat graciously, yet Stacy Abrams, the Democratic candidate for governor in Georgia, did not concede until Nov. 17.
I hope in two years, the Democrats can accept election results without rioting or calling for a recount.
